What’s Next

The Rite Youth Passage Community is planning for an expansion in enrollment, volunteers, location and curriculum.  We project 45-50 enrollees with 3 additional coaches next year. We are seeking a new location to support our growth and activities, our ultimate goal is to own a full service Rite Community Center.  Rite is also expanding our program to include females, Rite Girls, ages 11-17.  Our 2023 theme is, We’re Next!  The curriculum expansion includes, peer to peer mentoring, career apprenticeship and community service.  Under Rite’s leadership, our senior alumni will facilitate sessions while training our younger attendees. The peer to peer strategy will build multi-level success.  Rite will host job readiness programs with guest speakers empowering our future leaders.  Last but not least, Rite seeks to partner with a local agency for our community service efforts.
