The RITE Leadership Bootcamp is designed to help young men build confidence, develop character, and explore their purpose through real-world experiences.

Participants engage in structured mentorship, leadership challenges, and practical skill-building activities that prepare them for the next stage of life.

Each day opens new opportunities for growth, connection, and purpose discovery; helping them move forward with clarity and direction.

What is the RITE Leadership Bootcamp?

The RITE Youth Passage Bootcamp is a faith-centered leadership development experience focused on helping young men navigate life’s most important transitions.

Through physical challenges, mentorship, group discussions, and real-world skill-building activities, participants grow in self-awareness, responsibility, teamwork, and purpose-driven identity.

On Friday, the regular session schedule will be adjusted to accommodate the closing banquet. Updated start and dismissal times will be shared with registered families.

Investment & Payment Options

Total Investment

The total investment for the 2026 RITE Leadership Bootcamp is $150 per mentee.

This all-inclusive experience covers:

• Leadership activities and workshops
• Program materials
• End-of-week Recognition Banquet

Families may choose to pay in full or use the flexible payment schedule below.

Payment Schedule

$50 Deposit to reserve your mentee’s spot
$50 Second Payment due March 30, 2026
$50 Final Payment due April 30, 2026
